This little adaptation-directing project has been done for quite sometime already, but I’ve never been able to find the time to finally put everything down and revisit this chapter of my life.
I must really thank the leads in this film, Lari and Nat, who has been so professional throughout the course of this project and also for staying on and making sense of my directions. (Bows) It’s been a tremendous experience, experimenting and sculpting films and performances through subtle changes of words. It really injects a whole new perception of what directing is into me.
Secondly, I really appreciate the extra effort that the crew has to put in due to the small crew size. Meng Chee, Michelle, Zhi Wei, Georgina, Zhi Kai, Shyan, thank you guys so much. I hoped it has been as much a learning experience for you guys in some ways as much as it is for me.
